Job description

  • Leadership and management of professional sales team within fast paced & technical environment
  • Managing a group of about 20 people
  • Positive work environment in quickly developing digital print sector
  • Achievement of sales objectives on a monthly and yearly basis
  • Promotion of positive and result-driven work ethics
  • Organization and participation in tradeshows and promotional events
  • Market and trends analysis
  • Cooperation and negotiations with foreign suppliers
  • Expanding the product offer

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Strong decision making skills based on sound reasoning
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Success-oriented
  • Able to work well in a fast paced environment
  • Willing to commit the time to get the job done
  • Able to prioritize and organize work assignments and follow-up
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English
